The Beach

This story is about an experience in our spiritual journey.
A devotee of our US690 temple, approached us with regard to an issue that their sister in law in Durban had experienced. It was a Wednesday afternoon when both families arrived at our temple. The lady from Durban, was disturbed and was talking to herself, whilst looking up towards the sky.

They needed me to help her. Apparently it was quite a mission to even get her to come to Johannesburg. Initially she refused my help. I then decided to interview her husband and her children to diagnose their case.

As usual, I made my connection with the Divine, by holding their hands. In my vision, I could see the beach, a pathway and some trees. I asked them if they lived near the beach, and they said that they did not. I was quite confused as to what this vision meant.

One of the children asked me, if she could speak, and said she didn’t know if it would help to relate to the beach.

She said they went to a temple that was opposite their house, and the priest was doing a prayer. Thereafter, they went to the beach, with forty ladies. The priest got the ladies into the water, which was up to the level of their chest. He performed the rituals by cutting limes, nutmeg and monkey balls. He also cut the ladies hair, and released it into the water. I asked them, what the purpose of this prayer was. They answered that they didn’t know why this ritual was being performed. I then reminded them that since this prayer, their mother had lost her senses. They agreed and said that it was indeed three years ago.
It started to make sense to me. As I embarked on my astral travelling, and communicated with our divine Baba, I found out that a Genie had possessed this lady. I didn’t know how to proceed, since the lady refused to enter the temple.
I prayed for Baba’s intervention, but the lady still refused to enter. I used an authoritative voice to convince her, but she still refused.

The family went away, as if we had failed to help them and didn’t know what we were doing. I too, felt disappointed for losing this case, as we were, with all our past cases, always 100% successful. I did realize however, that it’s difficult to help people, who didn’t want to be helped. I left this case to Baba.

The next Friday, I had a surprise visit from the same family. The possessed lady wanted to speak to me inside the temple. I must say, I was shocked, since she refused on her previous visit. We then sat inside the temple. She then said to me : “I came to apologise to you, Guru. The spirits said that you are a dangerous man, and if I don’t make peace with you there would be trouble. It’s the first time, in three years that a man has left my body. “ She said this, in a man’s voice.

I then asked her, if I could proceed with my work, and she agreed. I did my work and told her, I would see her on Saturday or Sunday. They left.
I waited for her to return, so that I could finish my evaluation of this case, only to hear that she had insisted on returning to Durban.

Two weeks later, in Durban, she got worse. She went on from morning until night talking to the sky and the walls etc. She didn’t recognize her family.

The boys and I left on a Tuesday morning to Durban, in the midst of the Covid pandemic. We rested at our hotel, and thereafter started our prayer. The lady, in a gruff voice, and very boldly said : “ I knew you’ll have come from Johannesburg. There will be no cutting of limes because the spirit says that somebody will die.”
The boys and I were truly stunned and didn’t know what we should do.

I was quite irritated and, a little aggressively asked her to be quiet and to sit down. I told her I was there to help her husband and children, and not her.
She then sat quietly until I finished the prayer.
The husband said that he had spent a lot of money over the past 3 years, and that we were his last hope.

Since it was the curfew during Covid 19, we couldn’t travel, so we stayed at the hotel. We couldn’t go to the beach, so I prayed from the balcony to set this woman free.

To conclude this rather long story, I am pleased to report that the lady was back to her normal self. She resumed her driving, all her other duties, and conducted her business as well. Her husband and children were happy once again. This case was successfully accomplished in 2020.
