A BIRTHDAY is an auspicious day in the life of every person. A large percentage of people are generally very happy as they grow from childhood into adulthood, in other words from an Ant to a GIANT. How amazing it is, that the small word ANT is found in the word GIANT.
We are in the habit of saying: “I am so many years old,” when asked about our age.
It was about 2 am on the 17th November 2002, that I had a dream in which BABA kept telling me “HAPPY BIRTHDAY!” which he repeated at least three times. I got up thinking about this dream, and so I said to BABA: “I know it’s your Birthday, on the 23rd November, and I will do my best to celebrate this occasion.” Then I heard this voice of BABA rather clearly: “HAVE A PROPEROUS PARTY YEARLY BORN IN RIGHT TIME HOUR DAY AND YEAR. He asked me to explain to the people the meaning of BIRTHDAY. I scribbled this quickly on a piece of paper and dozed off.
The next morning I was trying to figure out what the dream was really about. I saw the piece of paper and remembered that I had written something on it. I was trying to figure out what BABA was saying to me. It took me a while to understand what BABA was saying. HAVE A PROSPEROUS PARTY YEARLY BORN IN RIGHT TIME HOUR DAY AND YEAR. The first letter of each word spelled HAPPY BIRTHDAY, so it meant that people have to be happy in order to wish or to sing HAPPY BIRTHDAY.
I have come to an understanding that we are all unique in our own ways. There is no bad child. When babies are born, they usually have a clenched fist, as if they are holding onto something very dear and precious to them. I can only conclude that it is the Blessing from GOD that they are clutching in the closed fist.
My message is simple: Enjoy this Birthday because it is yours! There is no choice for birth, but there is choice for Death. We come into this world with a tight, clenched fist and we leave this world with open hands. Just a thought I would like to leave you with:
Take care to get what you like, or you will be
forced to like what you get!
Every moment should be celebrated as if though our birthday is everyday. Give always with open hands don’t hold onto grudges pride ego etc….

Yes Guru brilliant. We all should believe that we are happy to be breathing every day..its like when we go to sleep almost like we are dead and when we awaken the next morning God gives us this birth ..to live another day..to use that time wisely on being good and doing good.
Sairam guru loved this story. We must be thankful we are alive and well every day by God’s grace and mercy. While we are here we must try to touch peoples lives with kindness and love. As you taught us it does not have to be a materialistic way or monetary way to touch peoples lives it can be a greeting a smile a helping hand patience understanding etc. 🙏
